The vibrant sequences are designed to awaken your spirit and uplift your energy. Each class features smooth transitions, allowing you to explore the rhythm of your breath and the joy of movement. • Yin Yoga: Stretch, Soothe, and Surrender

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on passive stretches and long-held postures to target the deeper connective tissues of the body. Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga, Yin encourages you to slow down, breathe deeply, and cultivate mindfulness as you hold each pose for several minutes. This practice is perfect for those seeking relaxation, increased flexibility, and a deeper connection to their inner selves.
